Pick-n-place
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is a method of PCB assembly that involves soldering tabs of metal directly to printed circuit boards. Speed, accuracy and reliability are the key requirements for our modern and constantly updated SMT machines. (Fuji-brand high speed chip shooters and pick-n-place machines)

Reflow
The soldering of complex SMD PCBs requires an exact controlled soldering process. Our Reflow oven allows fast and homogenous heating. The temperature of the pre-heating zones and the peak zones, along with the conveyor speed, are full programmable to ensure the required soldering profile. The universal mesh conveyor system is an ideal solution for productions with frequent PCB changeover.

AOI / Inspection
We utilize both AOI and flying probe test systems in order to ensure any manufacturing defects are identified and corrected before dispatching the goods.
